Welcome to CCA Supported Living Staff

24-Hour Support Tailored to meet the diverse needs of adults, including individuals with learning disabilities, autism, those with physical disabilities and people with complex support needs.

At CCA, we are committed to supporting individuals to live fulfilling, independent lives — in homes that feel safe, empowering, and truly their own. Our 24-hour Supported Living Service is built around the individual, not the diagnosis.

We provide consistent, skilled support enabling each person to develop life skills, access the community, and live with purpose and dignity.

Our Person-Centred Approach

Our support is shaped by what matters most to each individual. Through personalised support plans and meaningful daily routines, we focus on:

·        Promoting Independence and Choice – Supporting decision-making and self-advocacy while respecting each person’s pace and

preferences

·        Developing Life Skills – From cooking and budgeting to travel training and personal care — building confidence for daily living.

·        Encouraging Community Integration – Helping individuals participate in education, employment, volunteering, and social activities that are meaningful to them.

·        Creating a Safe and Supportive Home Environment – Carefully matched trained staff, and a positive behavioural support framework that fosters emotional security.
